Information for Applicants
In order to apply for a property:
- Submit an application.
- Review an example lease. Please note that the final lease may change slightly.
- If you would like to make a deposit to guarantee that the property remains available, assuming your application is approved, then please review our deposit receipt. Both the tenant and landlord will sign this agreement once a deposit has been paid. This deposit is non-refundable if your application is accepted.

Information for Tenants

- Please refer to your Maintenance Policy for details on how to request maintenance. Basic maintenance may be arranged through American Home Shield. Maintenance not covered by AHS may be scheduled by contacting your landlord directly.
